The Sugarbush
The land was last farmed on over 75 years ago. Since then, sugar maple grows naturally to over 10000 sugar maples on the land, with no chemical fertilizer nor chemical pollution whatsoever. Our sugar bushes locate on almost the highest point in the area away from all farm lands in the area, this minimize or virtually eliminate any pollution overrun from other farm lands. Our sugar maple trees grow in a clean and a natural environment.
We started to harvest maple saps in 2015, with brand new state of the art equipment. We have one of the most efficient maple syrup productions today; all maple saps are processed within hours of harvest from the sugar maple trees under vacuum, through filter press to ensure freshness and the best quality maple syrup with great desirable maple favors in our maple syrup.
For quality control, we only sell what we harvest on our land to ensure our customer enjoy the best quality maple syrups. Since 2016, our maple syrup are organic certified by NOFA-NY.
